Last month Kassassin Street released their latest single ‘Centre Straight Atom’ via their SoundCloud page, but from today the track is now available to download on iTunes.
The single follows on from the success of their debut single ‘The Royal Handkerchief Ballet’. The debut was widely praised by critics including Tom Robinson at BBC 6Music and NME who featured the unsigned band in their Radar section and Buzz Playlist of the Week.
Recorded in London at Konk Studios, ‘Centre Straight Atom’ was also produced by Tristan Ivemy, whose previous credits include Frank Turner, The Holloways and Hares.
Kassassin Street are headlining The Rifles Club this Friday, with support from Number 9, Popobawa and The Boy I Used To Be. The afterparty will go on until the early hours courtesy of DJ Genius Juggler. The event is now sold out but I am lucky enough to have a ticket and I can’t wait!
‘Centre Straight Atom’ is available on iTunes for 79p and you can get hold of a copy HERE. Go treat yourself!
